Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

• Account: the email address you use to sign in, your role in your organisation, and the sign-in cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Organisation and device details: your organisation name, the names and locations you give your screens, the screen type and app version, and the branding and contact details you choose to show on your screens.
• Check-in information: each time a screen checks in we record the time, the app version and which poster versions it holds. The network address of a screen is kept only as a one-way hash, not as the address itself.
• Contact form: your name, work email, organisation, phone number if you give one, number of employees if you choose, your interest, your message, the wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it. The network address you sent it from is kept only as a one-way hash, used to limit abuse.
• Support and change requests you send from your portal.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: pairing screens, delivering notices and settings, showing you which screens are online.
• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ticked the box, to contact you about LabourKiosk.
• To keep the service secure and to limit abuse.
• To answer support requests.

How long we keep it
