Terms of service
Last updated: [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] This template sets out the terms on which LabourKiosk is provided. An attorney must complete and approve it.
Parties and definitions
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Who the provider and the customer are, and definitions of the terms used.]
The service
LabourKiosk shows official labour-law notices on screens and keeps them up to date from official sources while the subscription is active. Customers choose which posters their screens show. Customers cannot edit the notice wording, the source attribution or the awareness statement.
Your responsibility
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] LabourKiosk supports your notice-display obligations. The customer remains responsible for knowing which notices apply to its workplace, for meeting its own obligations, and for the accuracy of the contact details and branding it shows. [Attorney to settle the final wording.]
Subscription and payment
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Plans, prices and whether they include VAT, billing, renewal and changes. Prices are those on the pricing page.]
If a subscription lapses there is a grace period first. After it ends the screens stop updating and show a message that the subscription is not active, and the organisation settings are kept.
Screens and devices
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Customer-owned screens, the Kiosk box, ownership, warranty, returns and shipping. On a screen the customer owns, how reliably it stays on depends on that device and its settings.]
Availability
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Availability, maintenance and support wording. No uptime commitment is made in this template.]
Liability
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Disclaimers and limits of liability, to the extent the law allows.]
Ending the agreement
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Termination by either side, what happens to data, and any minimum term.]
General
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] [Governing law, disputes, changes to these terms and contact details.]
